We accept all forms of tradeable commodities, except U.S. backed checks, money orders, bonds, or anything from banks like Chase or J.P. Morgan. To be clear: the U.S. Dollar is currently valued at -15 to 1. Yes, negative fifteen. This makes U.S. currency a liability, not an asset. As per U.S. Contract Law, businesses have the freedom to choose who to engage with in commerce (Restatement (Second) of Contracts, § 6), and we are selective about who we do business with. Apply to Become a Member
A non-refundable application fee of $50 is required to start the process. We’re selective, and for good reason. As allowed under the FTC Act, 15 U.S.C. § 41 et seq., we are transparent about our fees and services, ensuring that you understand the cost and the process before committing. We’re committed to helping people who genuinely need support, and we screen applicants carefully to avoid dealing with scammers or those looking for a quick, dishonest gain. If you're serious about joining a community of real, hardworking people, this process will be straightforward.

Our Screening Process
We take this seriously. The process ensures that we only accept individuals who are honest and truly need help. Under U.S. Contract Law, we have the right to refuse service to anyone who doesn’t meet our standards, as long as we are not violating any anti-discrimination statutes. We’re not here to entertain scammers, and we have no patience for dishonesty. If your proposal or idea doesn’t make sense, expect direct feedback. As long as we’re not discriminating based on race, religion, national origin, sex, or disability (under Title II of the Civil Rights Act of 1964), we’re within our legal right to refuse service to anyone, especially if their actions threaten the integrity of our business.

Right to Adjust Prices and Service Fees
We reserve the right to adjust our prices at any time based on changes in operational costs or other factors. If a member’s actions cause undue difficulty, stress, or disruption to our business, we will apply a service fee to compensate for the extra time and resources required. This policy is in line with U.S. contract law, including the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), and state consumer protection laws. All price changes and service fees will be clearly communicated, and your continued engagement with our services after such changes constitutes your agreement to the new terms.

As per the Federal Trade Commission Act (FTC Act) and relevant state laws, we ensure that all fees and adjustments are transparent and reasonable. We are committed to fair business practices, and any charges will be consistent with the terms of service provided at the time of your membership or service engagement.

At Centsless Creations, we pride ourselves on open, no-BS communication. We don’t sugarcoat things, and we don’t tolerate nonsense. We follow the Truth in Advertising Act, which requires clear communication about services, terms, and fees, so you’ll always know exactly what to expect. If you want to work with us, be prepared to handle honest, sometimes blunt feedback. We value members who understand that, just as much as we value providing help where it's needed.

Once you’re accepted, we treat you like family. We don’t operate on set hours—service happens when it happens, and we always prioritize our clients. As per consumer protection laws, we make it clear that our service hours may change and are dependent on various factors, including the owner's health condition (as protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12181 et seq.). Rest assured, if you're in need, we offer emergency services, including auto repair and towing—though, due to unfortunate circumstances, we’ve had some setbacks on that front.

Flexibility & Support
We understand that life happens. The owner’s health conditions mean that hours and availability can change, and we may close on short notice. But rest assured, our dedication to helping our members remains. As per ADA guidelines, we are not obligated to provide services at set times if they interfere with the owner's medical needs or business operations.

Centsless Creations is not for everyone, and we make no apologies for that. We don’t cater to those who want to waste our time or play games. If you're serious, you’ll find we have your back. But if you're here to cause trouble or make things difficult, we’ll ask you to leave without hesitation. As allowed under state law and U.S. contract law, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time, as long as we are not engaging in discriminatory practices prohibited under Title II of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 or state anti-discrimination laws.
